Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of this website and of the live camera service offered by ALGORENTA, S.L., whose identification details and contact address are set out in the legal notice on this same website.

Using the website means accepting these terms as published at the time. That acceptance is independent of the privacy policy and of the cookie notice: they are separate documents, they are accepted separately, and accepting one does not accept the others.

If you disagree with any of these terms, the way out is not to use the website and not to subscribe to the service.

Access to the service and the 30-day trial

Access to this website is free and open to everyone. The live camera service is currently in pre-launch: joining the early access list is free, creates no obligation to buy anything, and no payment details are requested at any point in the process.

When the service opens, it comes with a free 30-day trial. At the end of those 30 days the trial does not turn itself into a paid subscription: to keep using the service you have to subscribe explicitly, and if you do not, access simply ends. Nothing is charged without an action from you.

Pricing and billing

The service is offered from 5 €/month, taxes included: the price shown is the total amount a consumer pays and no tax charges are added on top of it afterwards.

Billing is monthly and in advance. The applicable price is the one published on this website at the time of subscribing; if it changes, the change is announced before it takes effect and never applies to a period already paid for.

User obligations

By using this website and the service you undertake to do the following:

• Use them in accordance with the law, with these terms and in good faith.
• Give accurate details when joining the early access list and keep them up to date.
• Not use somebody else’s email address or impersonate them.
• Not attempt to reach non-public parts of the service or interfere with how it runs.
• Not use automated means to extract content from the website in bulk.
• Not reproduce or redistribute the camera images beyond personal use.

Intellectual property

The texts, images, design, the Nalucam name and every other element of the website and the service belong to its owner or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. It is the same rule stated in the legal notice, repeated here because it also covers what the cameras broadcast.

You may view, download and print the content for personal use. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation requires prior written permission, and that includes the live images.

Limitation of liability

Nalucam shows you what a beach looks like so you can decide on a plan, and nothing more. It is not a weather service, a safety service or a rescue service, and it must not be used to decide whether it is safe to swim: that decision depends on the flags and on the instructions of each beach lifeguard service.

The owner takes reasonable steps to keep the service running and the images current, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors: a camera can go out of service, the connection can drop, and sea conditions can change between one image and the next.

The owner is not liable for damage arising from service interruptions, connection errors or any use of the website other than the one set out in these terms. None of the above limits the rights that Spanish consumer protection law grants to a consumer.

Term and cancellation

These terms apply for as long as you use the website or keep the service subscribed, and they carry no minimum commitment period.

You can leave the early access list whenever you want, using the unsubscribe link included in every message we send you or by writing to the email address given in the legal notice. Leaving is free, takes effect immediately and needs no explanation.

The paid subscription, once the service opens, is cancelled from your own account and takes effect at the end of the period already billed, which you can keep using until it runs out.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer place of residence, as Spanish consumer protection law establishes.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also keep the rights granted to you by the mandatory law of your country of residence: nothing written here takes them away.
