Purpose and scope

Nalucam is a live beach camera service on the Mediterranean coast, currently in pre-launch. This website describes the service and lets you join the early access list by naming the town you care about.

Access to the website is free and open to everyone. Browsing it means accepting this legal notice as published at the time.

Services and pricing

The service comes with 30 days free and, after that, plans from 5 €/month, taxes included. The price shown is the total amount a consumer pays: no tax charges are added on top of it.

Joining the early access list is free and creates no obligation to buy anything. No payment details are requested at any point in the process.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, images, design, the Nalucam name and every other element of this website belong to its owner or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

You may view, download and print the content for personal use. Any other reproduction, distribution or transformation requires prior written permission.

Liability and links

The owner takes reasonable steps to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but is not liable for damage arising from service interruptions, connection errors or improper use of the website.

This website may link to third-party pages that the owner does not control. Those links are offered for information only and imply no recommendation nor any liability for their content.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer place of residence, as Spanish consumer protection law establishes.
